Dear Pasadena Home Health Care Family,

I wish to memorialize the statement that I make to you on the telephone today, that my father is very pleased with the level of attention and care provided by your staff in assisting his recovery from his ear surgery. Initially, he was quick resistant to the concept of having someone come every day and tend to his wound, and it is very difficult to change his mind once it is set. Yet, your staff was able to overcome his resistance and it took no more than a visit or two for him to realize its value.

My father has a number of infirmities which can make him a difficult person which to communicate but he expressed nothing but appreciation and kind words for your personnel. Please pass on my family’s appreciation for the job they performed.

Please keep this in your records and, as wee discussed, if you have any further difficulty in obtaining reimbursement from Medicare, please contact me. I will be happy to do what I can to facilitate your payment.

Contacting me direct will be more productive than trying to go through my father on those issues.
